Please Obtain an RA number (Return Authorization Number) From your salesperson. All products returned must be in the original manufacturers wrapping and in the same condition as it was originally delivered by Hotbodies Racing.  Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, after we receive the original package back.  Parts, which have been mounted or used, are not returnable under any condition. All products that are being returned must have RA number (Return Authorization Number) on the outside of the box with either exchange or credit next to the RA number. Please include a copy of the invoice with written statement for the return and solution that you like Example exchange or credit. Hotbodies Racing will only except returns within 30 days of shipment. All refused shipments are subject to a 10 to 15% restocking fee depending on special ordered items.

All products are double-checked, carefully packaged and shipped in good condition. Products that are damaged or lost (Regardless of the condition or appearance of box) must be reported to us immediately at 1-800-555-2805.

The buyer of any Hotbodies Racing releases Hotbodies Racing from all liabilities as to the use of those products. The buyer recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the motorcycle illegal for public road use.
