LED Blinkers Questions?
- Do Hotbodies Racing's LED flush mount blinkers work with my stock running lights?
- Do I need resistors or load equalizers?
- I have a 07-08' CBR600RR, after installing the LED blinkers, they are flashing so fast that they look solid and will not flash, how do I fix this?
- I received a bunch of white washers with my signals, what are they used for?

No, our turn signals only have two wires. One for the ground and one for the turn signals, the extra wires from your wiring harness are for the running lights and this should be tied off to the side because it is not used.

2 Do I need resistors or load equalizers?
We actually designed the LED's to blink faster, since they are smaller than stock, so they will draw more attention from drivers behind you. If you wish to slow them down, we recommend a 20-25 watt 8 ohm non-inductive resistor wired inline with the RED wires on our kits. You can check with Radio Shack or www.customled.com for pricing and availability.

The CBR600RR is the only bike to do this. When you install our LED flush mounts AND modify your rear signals to LED’s as well you will run into this problem. The bike’s computer thinks that all your stock turn signals are blown out. To fix this you will need to install resistors/load equalizers on all four signals.

Our signals fit many different models and we supply washers in all our kits for the customer who will need them. Customers with 07-08' CBR600RR's, 04-07' CBR1000RR’s, 03-08' YZF-R6’s and 07-08' YZF-R1’s will need these white washers to space the signal out in between the fairing and the signal, this will give you a flush look.
