Brought my R1 to the Hotbodies office (nice place) to have the screen installed by them. (yeah i coulda done it myself but they offered free labor...) Roger and his associate personally installed it and it took a good 3 minutes after the mirrors came off. The windscreen slid right in and bolted down as if it was factory. Got some free stickers and a race leather patch
As soon as I left their office and hit the main streets I can already feel a difference. With my previous experience with the Double Bubble, normal riding position gets your face blasted with the wind instead of my chest (I am about 5'6). Hopped on the freeway onramp and let the bike loose with full tuck...and I was impressed. My head was no longer banging around from the wind. I'm pretty happy about the windscreen and plus the smoke compliments the look of the raven. This is a must have if you are at close to full tuck most of the time (ie. track, twisties). And did I mention it makes the bike look HOT
Pros: Fit and finish was excellent. It slipped right on. Helmet lines up with windscreen perfectly during full tuck.
Cons: As with most DB windscreens, depending on your height, it may direct the airflow to your helmet instead of your chest area during normal riding.
