Installation Note: The lower does fit over the stock exhaust headers/catalytic converter, but it’s very close and you may want to add heat shielding to prevent the lower from overheating while not moving. If it overheats the paint may discolor and decals might peel off, we won’t replace lower if this happens to your bike. SBK Tail may require slight trimming and drilling subframe to mount.

The main point that lead me to Hotbodies race bodywork was the customer service I received from the owner and racer support department. Once I decided on purchasing this kit, Hotbodies offered to mount the kit on my bike, but I was unable to bring it to the headquarters building. So the crew at Hotbodies did the next best thing, and pre-drilled my kit. I picked the kit up, and it literally took myself and a buddy aprox. 15 minutes to install the bodywork. The fit was perfect. Upper and lower matched extremely well, and the upper had no problem mounting to the fairing stay. The tail was a perfect fit.
